Clients ages 12 and up are welcomed into a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—where care is genuinely tailored to their unique needs. I support individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including mental health concerns, relationship struggles, trauma in all its forms, anxiety, overwhelm, and the complexities of life transitions.
Life can be difficult, and we all deserve someone who shows up authentically and walks alongside us. I meet people where they are, offering DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing) Therapy and IFS (Internal Family System) therapy, and/or ‘talk therapy’. I also draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own goals, stories, and strengths. My personal experiences—as a partner, mother, sister, daughter, and more—inform the compassion and empathy I bring to every therapeutic relationship.
This is your life, and together we can work toward cultivating the fulfillment, resilience, and peace you deserve.

Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve found your way here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from carrying so much on your own. Whether you’re a first responder, living with chronic pain or illness, navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, or struggling with relationships or sexuality, you deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and effective.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a therapist and social worker. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside people ready to explore their inner world and move toward healing. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and always tailored to your unique experience.
One of the core methods I use is Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a gentle, non-judgmental approach that helps you get to know the different “parts” of yourself. Many of us carry wounded parts shaped by past experiences, along with protective parts that try to help us cope. In IFS therapy, we give those parts space to be heard and begin healing the burdens they carry. This process can be especially helpful if you often feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or disconnected from who you really are.
I also integrate trauma-informed care, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Narrative Therapy to support emotional regulation, build coping tools, and process painful or traumatic memories at your own pace.
For individuals and couples seeking to reconnect with their sexuality and intimacy, I offer sex therapy. Together, we can explore issues like desire, sexual identity, communication challenges, body image, and the impacts of trauma, always at your pace, and always with care and respect.
I have a particular passion for working with first responders and front-line workers—people who are used to taking care of everyone else, often at the expense of their own well-being. I understand how cumulative stress, trauma, and burnout can silently take hold, and I provide a space where you don’t need to be “on.” You can just be human here.
I also support individuals living with chronic pain and illness, helping them navigate the emotional toll that often accompanies physical health challenges. Together, we can explore how to soften suffering, reconnect with your body, and make space for compassion and meaning, no matter where you are in your journey.
Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve found your way here, you may be feeling overwhel... Read More

Life can feel overwhelming at any stage, leaving us uncertain and confused. You may be dealing with various emotions and thoughts that hold you back from taking your next step. If you’re dealing with stress or general anxiety, I’m here to help. Together, we can build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting positive change.

In family sessions, I create a space where all members are supported in working through challenges, communicating effectively, and building positive connections within the family dynamic.

I recognize that each person is unique, with their strengths, needs, and experiences. I meet people where they are, practicing from a trauma-informed lens and a strength-based approach. If you are a first responder struggling with the weight of daily stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, or the burden of traumatic experiences, I am here to provide the guidance and support you need to regain balance and strength.
My practice is trauma-informed and deeply attuned to the unique challenges faced by first responders. Grounded in eco-social work, I recognize the interconnectedness of individuals, their communities, and environments, and how these connections shape mental health. This perspective allows me to take a holistic approach to therapy, considering the broader context of your experiences while addressing the deep impact of trauma.
I understand the importance of creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. My practice is built on fostering trust, authenticity, and respect, ensuring you feel supported as we navigate the complexities of trauma and resilience together.
I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Strength-Based Focussed Therapy (SBFT) to highlight your inner resources, Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful change, and Person-Centred Therapy to prioritize your individual perspective. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you reshape the story of your experiences, fostering empowerment and healing. Additionally, I integrate approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to work through symptoms of PTSD.
In addition to my work with individuals, I also work with couples using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Relationships can be profoundly impacted by the stress, trauma, and emotional demands of high-intensity work, and I am here to help couples navigate these challenges together. EFT focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and fostering deeper connections. By exploring underlying emotions and patterns of interaction, we work toward healing relational wounds, rebuilding trust, and enhancing communication.
Whether you are seeking tools to manage the emotional toll of your work, process traumatic events, or find a way forward through stress and uncertainty, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will create a path toward healing, growth, and reclaiming the sense of purpose and connection that is so vital to your well-being.
