Are you feeling like you’re moving through life on autopilot—disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t explain? Maybe you’re dealing with intense emotions, blank spaces in your memory, intrusive thoughts, or a constant sense of unease. These experiences are common for those experiencing trauma, PTSD and abuse—and they make sense in the context of what you’ve been through. I want you to know that you’re not broken, and you don’t have to face this alone.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, dissociation, disability, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm—as well as those looking to enhance their mental game in high-level sports. PTSD can show up in many forms, including hypervigilance, avoidance, emotional numbing, or flashbacks. My goal is to help you safely reconnect with your body, emotions, and sense of self—whether you’re healing from the past or striving to reach your peak performance.
For athletes, I offer support with performance anxiety, injury recovery, fear of failure, and mental blocks—helping you build greater focus, resilience, and confidence.
For individuals living with disabilities, I offer accessible adaptations to therapy, providing the most collaborative and compassionate approaches tailored to your specific needs.
My approach is trauma-informed, mind-body oriented, and collaborative. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to support both healing and high performance.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I offer a complimentary 15-minute video consultation to explore your needs and determine if we’re a good fit.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here when you’re ready.
